Every Instant Mani set is checked a number of times through our quality control process, however, if something has been overlooked we want to hear about it and make things right. 

If you believe you have received a defective product please email support@instantmani.co within 48 hours of receiving your order with a clear photo of the defect and your order number. 

Due to sanitary reasons we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
