What you need to know: Because of the square-round shape it is easy to mistakenly apply this style upside down if you're not concentrating. While it may not look too different, having the nails upside down will mean the thinner end of the nail is at the tip, making the tip weaker and prone to damage. While the base will be thicker and not blend seamlessly with your cuticle. 

So, when applying please ensure the thinner end goes to the base of your nail and the thicker, stronger end at the tip.
